Sustainability permeates every aspect of Graefl. We have dedicated ourselves to using only traditionally grown and reared organic vegetables, fruits and meat products. Artisanal products like cheese, butter, cottage cheese prepared from fresh milk coming from our manor, syrups made from fresh greens collected from our herb garden, and local artisan sourdough bread all serve that mission. We offer delicious chemical-free food. The Graefl experience takes the gastronomic story beyond the plate. With pre-dining visits to the manor house, meeting the animals and experimentation with roots, herbs and solar-fuelled vegetables, our guests have opportunities to experience the everyday life and processes of farming.
