What people coming to Kétútköz should know about us: we don't have a menu, as we work with locally produced ingredients, so our chef Ádám Güjtő dreams up the dishes again and again every week, often every day. 🍀.
We welcome those who want a Slow Food experience with a six-course degustation menu. We run an organic kitchen, but what is organic can also be very tasty 🍎 🐏!
Table reservations are recommended, as the zero-kilometer lunch or dinner will be served in the salon of Graefl Castle, where only a few tables are available!
Those who come to us should take the time to walk down to Major after lunch to see where the food they eat comes from!

"Graefl Major Kétútköz is a self-sustaining farm located on the outskirts of Poroszló in Heves county. It is one of the pioneers of real sustainable, responsible-thinking restaurant concepts that can still be found in very few places in our country. The unit, formulated in the spirit of the Slow Living Hungary movement, has consistently built its kitchen with a zero-kilometer philosophy, which is considered unique in Hungary and built on its own eco-farm. Chef Ádám Gyűjtő defines the gastronomy of the unusual restaurant concept created based on the ideas of Györgyi Szerencsés and her husband, Péter Szepesi.
The kitchen, which is based on the basics of organic farming, changes its menu even weekly, in accordance with the seasons."
